GPA is now offering the security and convenience of paying your residential power bill with just a phone call.
To use EZ Pay just call (671)647-5787/8/9. Visa or MasterCard and Discover credit cards are accepted.
The program offers a number of important features:
- Pay your power bill by phone by calling (671) 647-5787/8/9
- Call EZ Pay 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except on holidays and weekends.
- Calling on EZ Pay with GPA is completely safe.
- All you need is your account number and your Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card.
- You’ll get a confirmation code over the phone and a confirmation email if you want one.
- Payments made during GPA working hours are posted the same day. Payments made when GPA is closed are posted the morning of the next business day.
- Over Due? Call EZ Pay even if your statement’s due date has passed. Pay over the phone and your power will not be disconnected.
- Disconnected? Call EZ Pay even if your power is disconnected because of failure to pay. If you call during GPA working hours (7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.), your power will be reconnected within an hour. If you call after business hours your power will be connected in the morning of the next business day. (If you have a legacy meter instead of a SMART meter, you will be connected within 24 hours.)
