(Fadian, Mangilao) – GPA continues its Phase III post-Typhoon Bavi power restoration process, with 99% system load achieved and is now concluding the daily reporting of power system status restoration updates. Crews continue to address ALL isolated typhoon-related power issues and outages in the Northern, Central and Southern sectors throughout the island. This includes all customers reporting power failures or intermittencies due to power fluctuations, low/high voltage, single phasing, etc. while closing out emergency work clearances that require customer-side repairs...
